Gymnastics

Our recreational gymnastics program is one night a week for 8 weeks. Classes last 50 minutes and costs $80 for an 8 week session. We offer 6 total 8 week sessions throughout the calendar year of 2025.

Class Info & Requirements

Tots

Accompanied by one adult. Children must be at least 18 months old. Focus on learning coordination, motor skills, and other proper developmental techniques. This class will also provide social interactions with peers.

Pre-school

Gymnasts ages 4+ will learn coordination, motor skills, proper developmental techniques, flexibility, and basic gymnastics terminology and skills.

Beginner I

Introduction to the basic gymnastics skills. We will also emphasize basic terminology and flexibility. Must have bridge and be able to walk on a beam alone. Focusing on handstands and introducing cartwheels.

Beginner II

Must have a handstand. Focusing on perfecting cartwheels and introducing backbends.

Beginner III

Must have a cartwheel and backbend. Focusing on round-offs and backbend kickovers.

Intermediate

We will build on the basic skills already mastered and emphasize strength training, body alignment, and proper form. Must have a round-off and backbend kickover. Focusing on back/front walkovers, perfecting round-off, and introducing back handspring.

Advanced

Focus will be on mastering the back handspring and building on the skills already learned in Intermediate. Must have a back handspring on floor.

Private Lessons

One-on-one lessons with an instructor. This is available for all ages and levels. Prices vary. For more information or to schedule a lesson give us a call!
