Adult Fitness

How many times have you gone to a gym, looked around, did a couple of exercises, and left because you had no idea where to start? The Strength Center’s Adult Fitness program eliminates that problem completely.  Our staff does all of the thinking for you!

 

All members are assessed in the areas of body composition and strength, and members are asked to establish a goal so that their individualized program can be written towards their specific needs. Not only do we write the program for you, our staff is with you along the way encouraging you so that you can reach your goals.

 

Another great thing about The Strength Center’s Adult Fitness program is the environment that has developed. Members that have never met one another are now lifting partners. They encourage and push each other so that they can hit their goals.

 

The Strength Center’s Adult Fitness program does not cater to one category of fitness. We have members who are wanting to get as lean as possible, members wanting to get as strong as possible, members wanting to get as big as possible, and members just wanting to stay in shape. The Strength Center currently trains individuals between the ages of 10-70, so it is safe to say that we cover everything and make it fun for everyone!
